Welcome

One of the most effective ways to allow the Word of God to affect your life is to study it inductively. That is what this blog is all about. Typically one verse per day will be mined for insight and then followed up with how I plan to implement that insight practically. My prayer is that in some way you find this useful in your journey and that it may impact you positively. -G

Ephesians 1:10

Ephesians 1:10
as a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth.

I look forward to the fulfillment of this verse where all things on earth and in heaven are united. Given that we will still posses our free will yet all be unified causes me to wonder at the enormity of the project. It will have to be due to an overwhelming and earth shattering event to command all attention in unison. Consider the moment at the appearance of Christ as the sky is ripped open like a curtain and the angelic trumpets sound full on audibly so that all the creatures of the earth will fully hear it and see with their own eyes all at the same time. Every knee will bow for there will be nothing else any one can do. Like the appearance of a mushroom cloud on the horizon we will all be stunned and at the same time immobilized in our gaze, frightened yet mesmerized at the same time as our brains try to catch up to what our eyes are actually seeing. We will all be standing unified in a bewildered and dazed moment of fascination, astonishment, joy and terror all at once, an experience unlike anything we on earth have ever seen or heard before.

That will be in the truest sense of the word -awesome.
